Screw air compressor maintenance

1. Check the oil level, exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure every day to check whether there is any abnormal sound;

2. Open the sewage valve of the separator to discharge condensate before starting every week, check whether there is leakage everywhere, check the safety valve, and check the wear of the belt (visual inspection);

3. Regularly check the intake control valve, minimum pressure valve, electric control box connection terminal, safety valve, cooling fan;

4. Regularly clean and clean the cooler to test the reliability of the safety valve;

5. Replace oil filter core, oil separator filter core, intake filter core and lubricating oil regularly.
