
Screw type air pressure use precautions
1. Install the compressor correctly
Proper installation of the compressor can ensure that the compressor works according to the design parameters. If the compressor is improperly installed, a series of problems such as high exhaust temperature, high vibration, and abnormal sound will be caused. First of all, the air compressor is installed on a firm ground, and the equipment foundation is cast in situ with C20 concrete. Two axial fans are installed at 016m elevation on the wall of each air compressor intake gate in the air compressor plant. The air flow rate of the intake gate does not exceed 015m/s, and the ventilation volume of the designed intake axial fan is consistent with that of the compressor fan, ensuring the smooth ventilation system. In order to ensure that the pressure of the air in the cooling duct does not exceed 30Pa, the cross-sectional area of the exhaust duct from the compressor outlet should be ensured to be 2 to 3 times that of the top cross-sectional area of the air compressor. And this ventilation duct does not shrink neck. For other types of screw compressors, such as the pressure of the air in the cooling air duct exceeding 30Pa, ventilation fans should be installed at the outlet of the cooling air duct to ensure that the compressor outlet temperature is controlled within the normal range. The ventilation system of the air compressor appeared the phenomenon of exhaust temperature as high as 108℃ in the early stage of operation. After searching for the reason, it was because there were more tree hairs in the air in May, which blocked the plat fin heat exchanger and affected the heat transfer effect of the outlet gas. In order to prevent the tree hair from blocking the plate fin heat exchanger, the inlet of the two axial flow fans is equipped with 60 mesh stainless steel, the effect is very obvious. In addition, in the future operation process, the plate fin heat exchanger is regularly purged, and there is no phenomenon of high exhaust temperature in the future.
2. Set parameters properly
After installing the compressor, debug the compressor, correctly and reasonably set the loading and unloading pressure of the compressor and the number of motor starts per hour are the basic guarantee to ensure the normal air supply of the compressor. In addition, the reasonable setting of the loading time and the number of motor starts can prevent the compressor from being in the state of the big horse trolley for a long time. The correct installation and commissioning of the compressor can make the equipment in an efficient and stable running state and extend the service life of the equipment. According to the air supply requirements of the device, the design loading pressure is 612Bar and the load reduction pressure is 8Bar. From the commissioning to the present operating condition, this setting value can ensure the normal operation of the device, especially to meet the requirements of the instrument wind of the cryogenic device.
3. Strengthen daily maintenance and maintenance
When the equipment is running, it is necessary to frequently maintain and maintain the equipment, and planned maintenance can make the compressor have the best use efficiency and extend the service life of the equipment.
(1) Timely replacement of lubricating oil. Lubricating oil in the oil injection screw compressor mainly plays three roles: first, it plays a lubricating role, lubricating bearings, growth gear and screw; The second is the cooling effect, the heat generated by the rotating parts in the operation process is taken away in time; Third, it plays a sealing role to increase the output air pressure. Therefore, the key to ensure the normal operation of the entire transmission system is the quality of lubricating oil. Equipment manufacturers recommend the use of special lubricating oil to protect the motor directly driven screw system. Its special formula ensures the full performance of the compressor and prolonging the life of the moving parts. At the same time, the unique formula makes it have good oil-gas separation performance, lubrication performance, prevent carbon accumulation and excellent heat dissipation performance. The use of special lubricating oil can extend the replacement cycle of moving parts from 2000h to 4000h, thus saving costs. According to statistics, attention to the maintenance and maintenance of lubricating oil can reduce the incidence of failure by 50%. The lubricating oil quality is not good or the oil change is not timely, which can lead to abnormal and noise of the oil injection screw main engine. The air compressor has serious carbon binding on the surface of the screw for a long time, and the bearing is damaged, which can lead to the main engine of the oil injection screw. Therefore, be sure to replace the lubricating oil in time. In addition, the motor grease should also be regularly supplemented, every 2000h, add 15 ~ 20Rotoglide grease to prevent damage to the motor.
(2) Prevent motor reversal. The motor inversion is easy to cause shaft damage, gear breaking, and screw biting.
(3) Clean the air filter in time. When the inlet air filter of GA37P-10 oil injection screw compressor is clean, only 98% of the impurities can be filtered out, and the remaining 2% of the dust air enters the compressor. During operation, there will inevitably be dust in the air, water mist, acid mist, oil mist, etc. If there are many dust and impurities in the air, the inlet filter is not cleaned in time, and the combination of water mist and dust will block the gear teeth and affect the transmission effect. Acid mist inhaled the body, will corrode parts. This model is an oil injection screw air compressor. The dust in the air contacts with the lubricating oil, polluting the lubricating oil, causing the quality of the lubricating oil to decline, affecting the lubrication of the bearing, thus affecting the entire transmission system.
(4) Regularly check whether the compressor is running, bubbling, dripping and leaking. Regularly check whether the automatic condensate discharge valve is smooth and whether the liquid discharge is normal to ensure that the water separated from the outlet gas can be discharged in time.
4. Common faults of ring valve
The air valve is one of the most important and easily damaged parts in the air compressor, and the valve failure is usually the main reason for the unplanned of the air compressor. Compared with air compressor components, air valves are the most sensitive, and their quality directly affects the economy and reliability of air compressor operation. Therefore, the relevant design documents and operating procedures stipulate that the valve must be regularly inspected and repaired in order to minimize the occurrence of valve failures.
Air valve in the work of the air speed, valve plate lift, spring force, etc. have a direct impact on its working condition, the common failures of the ring valve are:
(1) The sealing edge of the seat and valve plate is worn so that the air valve leaks;
(2) There is a crack or even fragmentation on the gas valve body to make the gas valve fail;
(3) The loss of elasticity of the valve spring causes the valve to produce serious knocks in the work, resulting in early damage to the valve. Among them, the air valve cracking will have the most serious consequences. The broken valve seat, valve plate, center bolt fall into the cylinder will cause the air compressor "impact cylinder" accident, "impact cylinder" will cause serious damage to the cylinder, piston, piston rod, cross and a series of mechanical parts.
How to maintain screw air compressor
Daily maintenance
1, check the air filter and coolant level;
2. Check hoses and all fittings for leakage;
3, check records, if the consumable parts have reached the replacement cycle must be stopped to replace;
4, check records, when the main exhaust temperature reaches or is close to 98°C, the oil cooler must be cleaned;
5, check the condensate discharge, if it is found that the displacement is too small or there is no condensate discharge, you must stop the water separator to clean.
Monthly maintenance
1. Check the surface of the oil cooler and clean it if necessary;
2, after cleaning cooler;
3. Check all wire connections and tighten them;
4. Clean the dust on the surface of the motor suction tuyere and the surface of the shell;
5. Clean the return oil filter.
